SHIPPING RATES

Here are Love that Bag etc, we offer a flat shipping rate system. We offer flat shipping rates for both Canadian shipments and international shipping. 

We offer shipping by Canada Post or by UPS for shipments in Canada. For customers outside of Canada shipping options are with UPS or DHL.  If you are located in Montreal you also have the option to pick up your order at our Montreal showroom and save the shipping fee. All packages are insured and sent with signature confirmation.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & BROKERAGE FEES

If you live in the US or internationally, you are responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied by your country. We state the item is used and give the value as the amount you paid for your purchase minus the shipping charge.

Please note that if a shipment is refused at the time of delivery and returned to Love That Bag, etc., any shipping and customs broker fees incurred for the return will be deducted from your refund.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Non-layaway purchases will be shipped out either same day or the next morning following purchase. Affirm orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders to Quebec and Ontario will often arrive within 1-2 business days from shipment time. Most shipments across Canada will arrive within 2-4 business days. Shipments outside of North America may take 1-2 business weeks.

 

MONTREAL OFFICE PICK-UP

For Montreal area customers, you can save the shipping fee by selecting “Montreal Pickup” at checkout. You must contact us to make an appointment to pick up your purchase at our offices.
