Returning your Purchases

We're confident you're going to love your new items. If for some reason, it's not exactly what you hoped, we'll happily accept it back for a full refund (minus the shipping charges for both your delivery & return) if your return matches the following conditions:

  1. You notify us within 48 hours (inclusive of weekends and holidays) of receiving the item

  2. The security tag and/or sticker remains intact & the item is unworn & in the same condition as when it left our store

  3. We receive the item back within 10 days

  4. Returns are the buyer's responsibility

  5. The item was not purchased on the Layaway Plan

To prevent unnecessary returns, please read the description very carefully, have a close look at the photos, and note the size. We take great care in describing and photographing the items. Please remember that our items are preowned. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

If you decide ultimately that a return is best for you, please ship the item(s) back to us with a tracking number; this ensures you know we have received it.



Please note, if you're based in Montreal, you may return your order to our office directly. In order to do so, please contact our team to set up an appointment time for your returns.



Please note, US returns must adhere to all of the above mentioned protocols. Additionally, these MUST be sent back by USPS tracked shipping and marked as return of purchase. If not marked correctly and we are charged duties, we will not accept the package and it will be returned to you.


Canceling your Order

As long as we have not already shipped your item, you may cancel your order. As soon as you change your mind, contact a member of the Love that Bag etc team immediately.
